App Usage Data : Inventory details (VIN, make, model, purchase price), expenses, sales records, commissions, and device info (IP address, browser type, OS) for app functionality. Photos and Files : Receipt photos, vehicle photos, contract PDFs uploaded to the App. Automatically Collected : Log data, cookies, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics for usage patterns). We do not collect sensitive data like race, religion, or health info unless required for specific features (e.g., identity verification via Plaid). 2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: Operate the App (e.g., track expenses, calculate commissions, generate payout PDFs). Import and categorize bank transactions via Plaid for accounting (e.g., auto-populate TRANSACTIONS table). Provide features like inventory management, sales deals, and P&L dashboards.
