OG DiX Dealer App Privacy Policy Effective Date: December 01, 2025 Version: 1.0 OG DiX, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the OG DiX Dealer App ("App"), a platform for dealerships to manage inventory, expenses, sales, commissions, and financial transactions. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App, including integrations with third parties like Plaid for bank feeds. Information We Collect We collect information to provide and improve the App. This includes: Personal Information : Name, email, phone, address (when you create an account or submit forms). Financial Information : Transaction details (date, amount, description) from linked bank/credit card accounts via Plaid (with your consent). We do not collect full account numbers or login credentials – Plaid handles authentication securely. App Usage Data : Inventory details (VIN, make, model, purchase price), expenses, sales records, commissions, and device info (IP address, browser type, OS) for app functionality. Photos and Files : Receipt photos, vehicle photos, contract PDFs uploaded to the App. Automatically Collected : Log data, cookies, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics for usage patterns). We do not collect sensitive data like race, religion, or health info unless required for specific features (e.g., identity verification via Plaid). 2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: Operate the App (e.g., track expenses, calculate commissions, generate payout PDFs). Import and categorize bank transactions via Plaid for accounting (e.g., auto-populate TRANSACTIONS table). Provide features like inventory management, sales deals, and P&L dashboards. Improve the App (e.g., analytics for bug fixes). Communicate with you (e.g., updates, support). Comply with laws (e.g., tax reporting). 3. How We Share Your Information We share information only as necessary: Service Providers : With trusted partners like AppSheet (Google Cloud) for hosting, Plaid for bank feeds, and Google Analytics for usage insights. They are bound by confidentiality. Legal Requirements : If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights. Business Transfers : If OG DiX is sold or merged, your data may be transferred (with notice). No Sale : We do not sell your personal data. 4. Security We use industry-standard security (e.g., Google Cloud encryption at-rest and in-transit with AES-256 and TLS 1.3+). AppSheet handles MFA, role-based access, and vulnerability scanning. However, no system is 100% secure – report issues to security@ogdix.com. 5. Your Rights and Choices Access/Update/Delete : Request access, correction, or deletion of your data via privacy@ogdix.com. Consent Withdrawal : Opt out of data collection (e.g., disconnect Plaid accounts) – may limit App features.
